The Stay-at-home

In this position the woman moves her pelvis while the man follows, trying to keep his penis inside her; in other words, trying to "Stay at home".

To begin with in the Stay-at-home position, the woman lies on her back, thighs apart.  The man kneels on all fours above her, his knees between her thighs.

The woman, pressing against the man’s feet and shoulders, lifts her pelvis until he penetrates her.  Once they are united, they start to move. The woman playfully moves her hips in a rippling motion, enjoying the sensation of her partner’s penis inside her and the stimulation of her clitoris.

She can hug her partner’s shoulders or his lower back, squeezing herself against him as if fusing her pelvis to his. Or she can move her pelvis away, as if trying to detach herself.  She can arch back as far as possible or relax her buttocks right down until they’re almost touching the ground.

The idea is that the man stays inside the woman.  To do this he has to move his hips, trying to keep time with the movements of the woman’s pelvis. The lovers attend to each other’s movements but are also aware of their own pleasure. Their bodies dance, separate, join together, break free and then unite again.  They enjoy the variable rhythm of their movements, one moment frustratingly slow, then increasing to normal speed before speeding up further, increasing the tension and further enhancing the stimulation.

Shared understanding between partners is essential in the Stay-at-home position.  They must take time to experiment, varying the pressure and the type of stimulation, in order to discover their ultimate pleasure, all the time ensuring that the penis does “stay at home”
