The rowing boat position is more of an erotic game than a way to reach climax. It serves to escalate the sexual tension, which will then be more amply satisfied in another position. It can also be viewed as a romantic interlude, or even as a way for the man to prolong his lover’s pleasure after ejaculation or if he’s tired. This position provides close skin-to-skin contact and the possibility for both lovers to see the mounting desire and pleasure in each other’s eyes.
Begin by sitting face to face with your legs apart and slightly bent. The woman’s thighs rest on the man’s in a position that makes it easy for the man to enter the woman’s vagina. Both lovers can tilt their upper bodies backwards and hold each other’s ankles with their arms outstretched.
As the couple rock their torsos back and forth in a rowing motion, the man’s testicles and the base of his penis press against the woman’s vagina. The ensuing pleasure spreads to her clitoris.
