The Bear hug

Lying on their sides, the man and woman come together in a tight embrace - the bear hug. Although facing each other they lie head to toe, the woman's face by the man's feet and vice versa. It's a position that produces wonderful sensations.

Once the woman is suitably aroused, and her vagina sufficiently lubricated to allow penetration, she bends up her legs. Sliding one leg under the man's body and the other on top of him, she grips her lover's pelvis. Pressing against him, she allows him to penetrate her.

The man gazes upon the woman's splayed buttocks, admiring her anus and vulva. He can move his hands freely, caressing her all over, even her thighs and her hips. If the woman expresses any interest, or is remotely curious, he can insert a finger into her anus. The nerve fibres of the anal sphincter muscles and the muscles at the entrance to the vagina are closely connected. This means that when the anus is stimulated so is the vagina and vice versa, intensifying the sexual sensations. This explains why, if you're used to experimenting with multiple sensations, double penetration results in the most intense orgasms.

The woman can remain passive, clinging to the man's pelvis and legs. But she can also move her hips so as to intensify the vaginal sensations. She runs her hands over the man's legs from his buttocks to his toes. Unfortunately, his feet, which are nearest to her mouth, are not particularly sensitive to her tongue or lips, apart possibly from his toes. Some women love to toe-lick and some men enjoy the sweet sensations it produces.

But, really, without too much to keep her busy, the best that the woman can do is empty her mind and concentrate on the waves of pleasure produced by the man's penetration and caresses.
